Common Questions
Which parts of the wedding do I need to film?
You should have received a text or email from us explaining which parts of the wedding you have been asked to film. If you’re still unsure, please confirm with the bride or groom.
Should I film in landscape or portrait?
We recommend always filming in landscape orientation. However if you end up taking portrait clips too, please still upload them as they can still be used!
How do I upload my videos?
If you’ve been assigned a filming role, we’ll send you the link to upload your videos the day after the wedding, via SMS or email. If you don’t receive this, please speak to the bride or groom.
